Creating Markers

The quickest way to create a marker is from the Markers screen: select the New button at the top right of the screen, then choose Current Location or a place in one of the Places Nearby categories. You can also save any place you find from the home screen, using the search bar, the Places Nearby button or the Current Location button. Selecting a place takes you to the Location Details screen, where you select the Save as Marker button.

You will now have the option to customize this marker. You can change the name of the marker, and also add an annotation that will be called out along with the marker to provide some extra information. Once you are done, select the Done button to save your Marker.
